12 step roll call

Hi, Are there any other 12 steppers out there? In the past I lost 60lbs using the 12 steps. I gained and maintain my sanity with AlAnon. I'm wondering if there are any other members of this board that are 12 steppers. My name is Elaine and I'm a grateful member of the 12 step family.

Hi, my name is Leslie, and I am in OA. I have been for 2 years. I lost 50lbs, that I never gained back, and gave up sugar/white flour and haven't had any for 2 years. I also gained my sanity.
