Attitude of Gratitude
Like Dawg/Ramon, I am developing an attitude of gratitude. When I focus on my blessings, my stress level is down, and my sobriety takes its rightful place at the top of my priority list.
Today, I am grateful for:
1. my health, I can walk, and I can talk. I have full use of my limbs.
2. my sobriety. I have over four months of sobriety.
3. my mental health today. Today is a good day.
4. my apartment, I love my little apartment.
5. my dog, his company brings joy to my life.
6. my kids and grandkids, whose love I do not deserve and I find great joy in all of them.

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.
