Been away...sucky reason
I just got back from a 12 day stay at an inpatient rehab for drug and alcohol addiction. I have been in AA for over 20 years, and have been in relapse for over 2 of those years. My relapsing is getting worse and prior to the rehab, I was at a psych hospital for a week.
I knew all about my alcoholism, eating disorder, and other addictions well before my surgery. They have just gotten so much worse since my surgery, because of my unwillingness to do what it takes to deal with my negative feelings.
Feel free to ask questions. I have never felt so low in all my life.
