What are some of your idea's to stop the emotional eating.
Mine are:
Write a love note to myself/Read the ones I have already written
I have a book with my NSV in it I review those(this one helps a lot)
I sometimes go for walks
Go on OH
Call a friend
Read a book
Please list some of yours

Crochet/Knit
Cleaning
Candlelight
Soft soothing music, like Vivaldi's Four Seasons, or Pachelbel's Canon in D.
