Today I am grateful..

That Debra was with me to watch Rescue Me with me last night.. This is a very tough show for me to watch, since I see so much of myself in the lead character..   I love you..

For another day.. It doesn't get easier it gets hard to start back up after you have made it a while..

That I have people in my life that care..

That G-Dawg was okay..

That I love myself..
