Motrin/Advil
I have taken prescription strength Ibuprofen occassionally, but only for a short amount of time. I also would take an antacid/stomach med while taking it to buffer the effects on the pouch. I have had extreme arthritis pain, and also have had ulcers. It's a crap shoot.
Be sure to drink tons of water while going through this time. Also, watch your salt intake.

My doc says to strictlyl stay with the Tylenol products...they are safer for us.....
I have found that Tylenol does me okay........it helps.....................good luck !!
