Great Book Recommendation
I rarely find a good book on dieting, but this one is the best. It is "the Beck Diet Solution: train your brain to think like a thin person." It is by Judith S. Beck, Ph.D. She is a Cognitive Therapist and her father is the originator of Coginitive Therapy. I learned of the book on the PA Board, where we are having weekly discussions of the book. It is not about the food part of the diet, but about our thinking concerning eating and food. It is a terrific book, and I am recommending it to anyone, pre- or post-op. Weight loss surgery only changed my stomach. It did not change my thinking about food. This book looks promising to help me change my thinking.

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.
