Starting Over
Well, I had a sugar relapse the other night. I about did bodily harm to my sister. My serenity was nonexistant, and she did something that really upset me. I went home and ate cinnamon bread toasted. I then bought Frosted Mini Wheats for my trip to Delaware. I like to eat them out of the box. So, I have to start over again. Tomorrow, maybe.
In the meantime, I am on a long weekend trip to Delaware. I got to take a ferry ride between Delaware and the Jersey shore area, and enjoy the salt air and the scenery, and calm down and relax a little.
