Thanks, Michelle.  I went into therapy for my eating disorder, Binge Eating Disorder, in 1989, and started attending AA and OA that Fall.  I went to outpatient treatment for my eating disorder twice prior to having weight loss surgery, the most recent being in 2005.  In my graduate study, I read a lot of articles on both chemical addictions and eating disorders. A great book on food addiction is called, "The Anatomy of a Food Addiction."  It addresses things so well.   Thanks again. Huggles, Trish
Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.
