Happy Hump Day.. 

Today I am grateful.. 

That my Lady Vols won the national championship.. Good old Rocky Top, Rocky Top Tennessee..

That I have chosen great people to be my friends..

That I know that people that call you thier friend come a dime a dozen but true friends are priceless..  I love you..

For the liquid sunshine.. 

That I am attending group tonight and get to spread the word about the RYD conference..
