You can try this site to "reset" your tool.  It's tough, but it really works! http://www.5daypouchtest.com/plan/theplan.html

Thank You So much for this site.... I am going to try this today... I have been trying not to graze for 2 days so far... It was realy tough the 1st day ..... not so much the 2nd. I was asking about this & everyone was ....saying   just stop grazing... Yeah OK . Thats harder than it sounds.  It is almost overwhelming....I was petrified ... scared to death. That Iam going to gain the weight back.  ANd It felt like everyday I was gaining 1 pound....I had heardabout people gaining the weight back & some extra I swore that would not be me....So Panic HAS SET IN ...   But Again thank you for this Web site .... I am going to start  it today......                                    fyi..... My email is [email protected]                                                                                          Thanks Again

I have been struggling with it since Christmas.  I even got into sugar, and hated it, but could not stop for weeks.  I am finally off the sugar, again, and striving to only eat protein and make sure I follow my plan.  I have regained about 20 pounds since Christmas, but have not reached my original goal weight yet.  I am going to try the 5day pouch test to get control. Good luck. Trish

Hi Trish                 Same story hear ,,, its been so hard ( not like any cravings before it was as if I coulnt stop) I started the 5 day yesterday... feeling OK today I lost 2 lbs since last Thursday I just quit "Cold Turkey" on the snacking it was so hard, I have to admit... I still have that erge at night to graze....But Im sure it will be better soon ( Keeping my fingers crossed)...                Glad to hear your off sugar... .......( I was a SUGAR ADDICT before the surgery *** So I dont dare *** Mine is healthy things like baked lays , Almonds & Sunflower Seeds ** But I eat the WHOLE bag &  then I just stare at the empty bag in amazement & "SWEAR " some one else ate all of it   & still want more!!!!!!)......... ( its amazing how fast the weight can come back & so hard to get rid of "right") & It sounds like you & I may be on the right track now . What is your Goal weight ( How much Do you want to loose)? I want to loose back to 134.... after surgery my lowest weight was 139 ... I would settle for the 139 , but I realy want 134...I ve got 21 lbs to go ( as of this morning )                                     Hang in there.....Good Luck to you as well ...             Alicia
