Grateful Post..

Good Monday Morning.. Today I am grateful.. For lessons learned this weekend..  One of the this that honor equals longevity and subtraction equals protection. For really asking myself if I have Joy.. That I realize that I am in control of my feelings.. For songs that make you think.. For making it through the weekend alcohol free..

I really enjoy your posts.   Thank you.   I am thankful for the last two days being alcohol free.   Doctor said I have to prove that weigh loss is more important than alcohol. One Day at a Time.
