Happy Friday Eve.. Today I am grateful.. For the understanding people in my life.. Just know that it is me and I will be okay just give me time..  For being a blessed man.. For Cell phones that allow you a great way to commumicate.. For the songs that bring back memories.. That I am loved although I don't return it like I should..

TODAY I am grateful for... Ramon for placing this Grateful list up everyday..  sunflower seeds.. it keeps me busy coworkers/friends.. they make me realize that my problems are typical Karen for helping me be accountable to get to a meeting today health and loved ones  !!
