Workaholism Anxiety

When I scheduled my hernia surgery, I thought I would be returning to work in just a couple of weeks.  Well, my recuperation period is taking longer.  I am tired all the time, and having a lot of difficulty sleeping at night because of the binder and discomfort.   I had to quit one of my three jobs because I am going to be moving and need the time to get organized.  My finances are still a disaster.  I have short term disability at work, and I am not in any danger of losing my job.  I just have a lot of guilt and anxiety about taking time off that I had not planned.   I hope this makes sense. Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.
