Morning Friends ~

The LORD has been SO good to me this past year!   1 year ago today I took the bull by the horns and made the decision that alcohol could NOT be in control of my life ANYMORE.  Been praying alot for strength and perserverance to overcome and feel stronger everyday.   A year full of ups and downs, but a great year none the less.   There has been 2 occasions that I have had a beer.  8/31 & 12/2 oddly both of which were at Vikings games. Why..?  Not sure as I dont recall it being very tasty and didnt aprpeciate the immediate headache I got.  I lay blame on myself and being caught up in the moment.   I dont claim to be recovered in anyway, but glad that the urge and addiction to drink is not there and pray everyday that it stays away.   I am so thankful and grateful to everyone in my life that has helped guide me to a sober life. 

CONGRATULATIONS!!! One year is amazing!! Good for you!!  Feel proud!! Marie
