Grateful Post..

Good Monday Morning..

First of all let me start off by apologizing for not posting Friday..  I had a very bad day and chose to broke on of my rules.. By not posting I did not do my job..  So I call a my bad..

Today I am grateful that..

That the Cowboys are 9-1..

That I have emotions and although they are hard to control.. I did a good job..

That love hurts..

That although this weekend some things changed I would not take any of the times we had back.. I love you..

That although this was a SUPER crappy weekend.. I continued to drive by the liquor store and not stop.. I know that nothing that happened is worth me throwing away almost 13 years of sobriety.. Thanks to the one person that made it make sense.. I am so happy to call you my friend.. You mean the world to me.. Also please remember that you can not control people’s actions but only your reaction..

Good morning everyone! Today I am grateful that my dear daughter Jillian was born 17 years ago today!  I am grateful that I am still alive to enjoy my 3 beautiful children.  I am grateful that God has a purpose for me.  I am grateful for my family and friends. I am grateful for the calmness that I have been feeling (its been a long time coming!).   Take care - deb
