today I'm GRATEFUL for..
going to last nites AA meeting and seeing my sponsor.. and hearing a lead that talked about her relapse..
listening to John Denver on my way into work this morning and meditating.. reflecting.
talking yesterday to my mom.. and the conversation was very pleasurable... not draining.. which often times our conversations were to me.
talking with Dan last nite.
SOBRIETY.. another day.
