Gratitude List:

A FABULOUS, REFRESHING & REJUVENATING weekend at the beach with my husband and dog.

My home appears to be safe from the teenagers that took over in our absence.

Didn't stray from diet or exercise.

Read lots of good stuff.

Caught some rays.

Could get up off my beach towel without help or embarrassment.

Came home safely & sober.

I'm happy, joyous and free.

I'm thankful for all those I love and support in their recovery and for all that love me and support my recovery.

My HP ROCKS!
