Grateful Post..

Today I am grateful.. For daily email and phone calls that keep me grounded and accountable.. For everyday I am above ground..  For blessing that I get daily.. For rydobesity.com For all the wonderful people in my life.. I color myself lucky to have special people in my life..

Today I am grateful.. for going to last nights AA meeting.. I met a young man there who I know.. it was his first AA meeting. for Dan and the planter, card and balloons that him and my girls (Katie and Allie) gave me last night.. just to show me that they care and love me. for all my OH friends.. they support me and I want to support them also. for GOD and the blessings he's shown me.. and the ones I've yet to discover. hugs with LOVE

Today, I am grateful for ... 1. Being clean one more day !!! 2. For my loving partner in life, who supports me in my recovery. 3. For my job, even though it isn't always fun. 4. That I can live with my knee pain without popping pills. 5. For my higher power.

For me its a renewed attitude.

Gratitude List:

My clean & sober husband & the fact that we have this disease in common.

Another beautiful day.

All the phone calls and emails of support.

My daughter's sweet tears.

I never have to be alone unless I want to be.

My sponsor, my sponsees, Bill and Dr. Bob, all others that have come before me and all others who love me and support my sobriety.

Life is good and all is well.
