Making Meetings
As most of you know, I had a pretty bad car accident over a week ago, and hurt my back and foot. I was prescribed painkillers in the ER, because I can't take over the counter junk, except Tylenol. I have been diligent in only using it when the pain is really unbearable. But, it still messes with my thinking big time.
To add to my squirrelly thinking, I had not been to a meeting in over a week. That just fueled the insanity big time. So, two days ago, I made a meeting, and this morning I got up for my 6 a.m.. meeting. It was such a good meeting. There was a ton of laughter at the little things that we do, our quirkiness and fun.
I am also grateful I went because one of the guys heard me share how I have to replace my car, and it turns out he works at the Honda dealership here. I am looking specifically for a Honda, used.
I am so glad that I have this program.
Hugs,
Trish

Trish,
WoW! A whole week without a meeting! That's tuff!
I know how you feel though, if I don't get to a meeting AT LEAST 4 times a week, I'm climbing the walls. I had to stay late last night and I missed my meeting. Everyone is calling me wondering where I'm at. Funny when I was drinking and didn't show up for something...no one called.
Trish, I know you have a plate full, but hang in there. I look forward to your posts every day. I would feel sad it I didn't see a post from you.
