Doing better
What a difference a couple of meetings makes. I made it to two meetings this week. Thursday and Friday. Last night's meeting was on the 11th step, about prayer and meditation. It hit me that I have not done much praying this past week, and boy did it really cause me to fall apart. When I am working my relationship with God, I don't meltdown like I did this week.
I have to keep it together, and work my program. My granddaughter needs a sane, sober Grammy to show her what life is all about.
