One more hurdle passed...and a new resolve!

I had my cardiac clearance today with a "normal" EKG!! In July I see Dr. Hess for the last appt., (and I'm devilishly trying to lose some weight so I'm not turned away)...then August 1st I'm on a NEW journey...to better health and feeling GOOD...(haven't felt good in so long I can't remember what that's even LIKE) :) I can't wait!! I've decided that if I lose my job before the 1st, I'll COBRA my insurance because there is no way I'm giving up on this now! Dammit for the first time in my life I want this for ME and me alone! Harumph!! :) Marie
