percocet addiction

i think i am addicted to percocet when i had kidney stone surgery recently they gave me percocet 10's and now that i am out i am having body aches and am terrible about being a *****am I addicted i really wish i had some my husband keeps them as he had back surgery and he takes them daily and i keep asking him for his I know the answer i just need someone to say it.........
