Off Topic question

I posted this a few minutes ago and have no idea WHERE it landed...so here we go again! :)  I've tried several times to add a weight loss ticker to my thing here...but don't know WHERE to put it! Does it become my signature, or on my profile, or somewhere else I can't find instructions for?? (not very techy...not that you couldnt' tell)  I haev the freakin' urge to shop today too...and I've no real need for anything!  Damn it's always something huh??
