At last!

s After 8 days of a closed harbor, some good weather! We snorkeled a lot today. We were supposed to go SCUBA diving, but we ate our way across the island instead. Only 2 more days of good weather supposedly, so we are going to double dip tomorrow and Sunday. I think I am never going to a cruise port again. The stuff in the store is junky, everything is extremely expensive and no one will bargain because the cruise passengers pay through the nose and use up all of the capàcity anyway. I couldn't even dive today and the shop was turning people away. One of the places with horses wanted $89 for a 2 hour ride. Obscene! I found a place further down that wasn't handling cruisers and am getting it for $20. Oh well, live and learn. I'm having fun.. Except my kids are alternately driving me nuts. And just when I am about to strangle them they go and start acting nice and fun. Picnic on the beach tonight for dinner. It will be beautiful. Dang! We all have missed the ocean so very much. I could almost turn myself over to it. Vicki
