Arthritis!

Thank Goodness I live in Florida. It gets cold on the panhandle so I experience some serious flare ups but I realize it could be worse. Sucks for me tho because I was addicted to pain killers and do not want to go back to that. The hot tubs is my best bet today. Grateful for the life I have but somedays are painful. Thinking of you all. Laurie

What about aquatherapy in a pool? I have arthritis, and like to swim, or do deep water walking when I can. It is the best. Hugs, Trish
