Food for depression/mood swings

Here's one for us out of Aug Family Circle: Next time you're feeling crabby, up your intake of omega-3 polyunsaturated acid (found in flaxseeds, walnuts, fortified eggs and salmon). Research shows that an Omega-3 deficiency can affect levels of serotonin and Dopamine, two brain chemicals that play a big role in human behavior and mood. Do you know of any other foods that fall into this category? Wish this board had spell check. My typiing is embarrassing. Vicki

I understand that lots of seafood has it. I take a FFA supplement that is supposed to have all the omegas. I take this 3 times a day. I'm not sure if it helps or not, but I definitely feel better when I'm on a jag of remembering all my supplements. Of course, I take so many different supplements, who knows what's helping Don't stress on your typing - we get your meaning! love m
