Unexpected fun

Well, I had no plans for this evening but a bunch of folks from the fellowship are getting together to grill and watch extreme fighting. LOL I am not interested in the fighting.Hubby is joining us after he gets back from the movies with our daughter. Some father/ daughter bonding time. He isn't much into the fights but he enjoys the guys. It feels good to go with the flow.I am such a cruise director by nature. Just washing up and going to a cook out feels so spontaneous. I am so weird sometimes! have a good evening. laurie

I know what you mean. When my kids or my mom are in town, I have everyone over here for food and fun. Mom loves to play Scrabble, so there is usually a tournament. The kids love to play Texas Hold 'Em, and I just keep the coffee pot going, and watch TV and knit. I love hearing the laughter and seeing everyone. Life can be good. Trish
