What Kind Of Foods Do You All Eat?
thats another one of my problems........I HAVE NO APPETITE................none, so I have trouble finding things to eat..............today I thought that a QUIZZNOs sub looked good, well I got it and took 2 bites.............then reheated it an hour later took another bite and now Ill heat it up for dinner, but it doesnt excite me..........
Yesterday I had Sashami and Sushi which used to really excite me and I was like .ugh.......not excited
What do you guys eat?
Do you snack?
putting things in my mouth will really help with the wine cravings
BUT I DONT WANT TO GET FAT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What kind of beverages do you drink? Non Alcoholic of course....Im getting sick of iced Tea
Im tyring to get into the habit of getting the kids out of the house and to the park or the store or anything to get my mind to not have time to be still and pester me.....
if I stay home my head tells me I deserve a drink for dealing with the kids all day, or doing laundry or whatever................
Thanks for any good ideas you may have~

One of my guilty indulgences is I love the gourmet cheeses and various crackers you can get in the Publix deli! I much on those a little throughout the day. I also munch on salted shell-on sunflower seeds! The cool thing about those is taht the CRUNCH really is satisfying, they're tasty and salty and they take so dang long to eat a bag full, that it's a blessing. I can eat a bag in an entire day and end up only with about 170 calories. Considering there are 90 calories in a Michelob Ultra Amber (my choice beer), then I figure I'm doing good (I have been known to drink 500 - 900 calories worth in an evening)
I also like strawberries in teh cool whip lite, and even the occassional m&m *gasp* Just a few.
I drink tea, water, green tea (calming soothing teas), milk, diluted apple juice. I don't care for crystal lite. I even have a diet coke sometimes. Having one now in fact - it's caffeine free to be sweet to the boys (my 3 ulcers - I've named them Larry Moe and Curley - yes I told you I was almost ready for the looney bin).
Getting out is ok, but you ALWAYS have to come back ...sigh... Reading is my escape. I've gone through 5 paperbacks in the past 3 weeks (in addition to the job, kids etc). I don't sleep much anymore. Well maybe I will tonight if I take that ambien.
I'm goign to go out int he sun for a little bit and .... read.
hugs,
