Had a busy Friday, had to run errands and try to solve tech problems with nieces remote learning software (No Joy). I need to do the 'big swap' and put up my shorts and get out the rest of my long pants that I put up for the summer. Also need to do a more thorough search of the closet and drawers for stragglers. Found a pair of 48" waist shorts this week. Dang they looked huge. Wife thought both of us could fit in them (one in each leg). Since I am utterly lacking in grace I demurred ("You see Mr. Paramedic...").

I went on a 15 mile bike ride yesterday and 4 miles in I felt a need to pass some gas. Nightmare ensued and had no choice but to finish out the ride.

It's a small to moderate price to pay for Otherwise healthy I guess.

I bought an Apple Watch last Xmas. It's sorta cool but still seems like quite ready for prime time. Sometimes I like to be disconnected unlike my kids.

Back in the right direction!

63 and sunny here. Might cut the lawn just to get the steps in. My son gave me an apple watch and it keeps track of everything. After one day, it is pretty frustrating with all the stuff it does. I really just need to tell time and shoe me who is calling and texting.

Good week to all!

If he or she did it would be a.....crappy thing to do! Do the math. 15 minutes a day in the john on company time X 5 days a week X 52 weeks a years / 60 minutes in a hour = an extra week and a half of paid vacation!!

Last week: 188.6

This week: 188.0

Walking more in line with "normal". Finished both times and second one was within the 65 minute goal. Yesterday gorgeous day yesterday for yard work. Barely broke a sweat and did not bother with the sun screen. Hopefully down to single digits on how many more times I have to do it for this year.

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Hope all are well. Still hanging in here. As of midnight tonight we don't have anyone in the house who is under quarantine (finally!)

I'm 99.98765% sure I have 1. Used this meme before and 2. Had a "customer" have that same thought process back in the day before WLS! Granted I was more round than front heavy but either way I did have some to bolt. They were eventually caught with an additional charge tacked on via a warrant.

Nice drop in right direction. Think I need to back off a week or so on the walking. Barely made, if I did make it, four miles instead of usual five. Give the knees some rest. Managed to mow yard though yesterday. Had to borrow mother's mower again. Waiting on the part to fix mine to come from Japan. More I use hers the more I have the urge to look at upgrading for next year. More oomph and super comfortable seat.

Opening weekend for college and NFL. State's first game is next week against defending champion LSU in a 25% of capacity Death Valley. Cowboys and Rams tonight from LA but given current political environment...."Just shut up and play the damn game." to quote Larry Bird.

Survived the first week back. Son tested positive Monday so He and the Wife are quarantined until the 14th. Youngest Daughter and I are still working (since we've already had it).

Probably will have to cut the grass one more time before winter. As dry as it's been here it isn't doing much with the three weeks of freedom I've given it.
