Still grinding along. More turnover is happening at work. I'd be reluctant to change horses in these times but to each his own.

There's a silver lining to this defund police movement. Eventually you'll either leave or be the police commissioner.

Weights stable, work sinks, exercise is decent but becoming a challenge as weather cools down and things move indoors.

??On The Scale??

Politics aside hopefully the Trumps will have a speedy recovery.

Last week: 186.8

This week: 187.0

Well all is not well in Starkville. Beat LSU last week and LOST to Arkansas yesterday. They had not had an SEC win in three years! Kentucky next week in Lexington. They'll be fired up because of losing to Ol' Miss in OT. Eyeball the Cowboys while packing suitcase and computer bag.

Week of road kill with little or no exercise this coming week. Got promoted at work and get to head to week long First Line Supervisor school this afternoon. Have not had it since 2005 so maybe I need a refresher!

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Another week down. Didn't do much this weekend. Was pretty spent from the week and decided I needed to focus on rest.

Not greedy I'll take it! Actually had a 5 show up earlier this week. Admittedly exercise was out of whack this week and not done any yard work. Zero turn still in shop and not enough growth this week to justify getting mom's. May do inside fence this afternoon just to be able to see critters.

Managed to get new sink faucet installed and have appointment with pulmonologist this week. Wifey saying snoring too much and kicking around too much.

First week of SEC football and if you have been under a rock and have not heard what happened to the defending National Champions LSU I'll tell ya. They lost 44-34 to the Mississippi State Bulldogs IN a 25% filled "Death Valley" in Baton Rouge! Grad transfer QB K. J. Costello threw for over 600+ yards! Nip and tuck game with 7 or 8 lead changes and 10 points was the widest margin. Hog meat (Arkansas) next week in Starkville.

Have a Great Weekend, ye bearers of the prostate gland!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Don's tagline always applies! I keep a spare pair of underware in my car :-)

Think I finally got rid of them, I know I sill have my largest pair of jeans, but did a picture of me with both legs in one leg of a pair of uniform pants. Gets into the mindf**k factor of WLS!

Nothing worse than when the NEED hits and you don't have a ready way to solve the problem.

Had a busy Friday, had to run errands and try to solve tech problems with nieces remote learning software (No Joy). I need to do the 'big swap' and put up my shorts and get out the rest of my long pants that I put up for the summer. Also need to do a more thorough search of the closet and drawers for stragglers. Found a pair of 48" waist shorts this week. Dang they looked huge. Wife thought both of us could fit in them (one in each leg). Since I am utterly lacking in grace I demurred ("You see Mr. Paramedic...").

I went on a 15 mile bike ride yesterday and 4 miles in I felt a need to pass some gas. Nightmare ensued and had no choice but to finish out the ride.

It's a small to moderate price to pay for Otherwise healthy I guess.
