Last Week 229.6
This Week 229.9

Been having some great weather here the past week. Slowly getting some yard work done. Down one car all week due to a badly dented fuel tank. I live on a cul-de-sac and when the snow plows come by, they leave a mound of snow around the apron. I usually go out and shovel it out. I guess my daughter backed over one that had frozen. Took a couple of weeks to get a replacement, and now they are having problems with that one. Daughter not too happy about driving mom's car - she's luck we just don't make her walk or bike to school :-)_

Good week to all

The weight I can do, and have done, something about. Getting taller at this stage of game is not going to happen. Not going to have leg extension surgery.

Rowing good and I knocked off yard yesterday for the exercise this week. Eats par for the course. Can't find SF Reese's mini PB cups anywhere so substituting SF Russel Stover's candy till we can.

This week has protentional to be fun. Chief out of town again. Reminds me. Need to take his cell phone away from him!

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!

Weights stable, bowel movements in good working order which seems to drive my general well being post wls.

Vacines around me are a completely random with no particular logic to scheduling. As someone over 60 I'm not real impressed with the system.

Supposed to get my first shot of the Covid vaccine Friday night. Loafed all week and did nothing but the bare minimum of self maintenance but still pretty beat.

Sometimes I think the same about the scale. Yesterday morning I was 227. And I was a good boy yesterday. :-) Another sunny, but cool day here. I'll take it, as sunny is not all that common here, especially this time of year.

Back to the grind tomorrow.

Good week to all.

First time time I've seen a "5" in a long time! Maybe time to change the battery.

Work last week was no bueno. Chief out of town for a week. Told him Friday before he goes to his next school the week after next I'm taking his cell phone away from him and destroying it!

Surprised myself Friday afternoon doing 10 miles/1200 strokes on the rower. Normal is 8 /1000. Had time and wasn't hurting so why not.

The daffodils are coming up. We actually had over two days in a row of some sun, and got some yardwork done this weekend.

We had early corned beef and cabbage at my mother in laws yesterday, I thought for sure the salt would have wrecked me today, but actually half a pound down from yesterday (I forgot to check in).

Good week to all!

The bottom pic is me EVERY MONDAY not just the Monday after DST kicks in!

Yesterday Yard Season 2021 began. The adult male fidget spinners were all still in working order after being stored the past few months.

Hard to believe three weeks or so we had snow and ice everywhere. My electric provider discounted it with a $40 "Comfort Credit" to ease the pain of paying a larger than normal light bill. PR move. All electric house in the summer with AC running - I'd like a "Comfort Credit" then too!

I'm up a few pounds but glad warm weather is coming. I'm always up this time of year like a squirrel that packed on winter blubber. In the spring I usually start to normalize weight as I exercise more and eat better.

Works interesting but a roller coaster. I guess that's why I like it.
