It's always the most out of shape currently in poor health people with the helpful comments about easy way out. That's why I never talk about it with anyone.
Bob,
Had a few ass wipes to say something similar to me early on but it's been so long I forgot who they were!
I have to get people to "witness" for me when I tell a new person I was ever overweight or used to smoke. Got a twofer at the DA's office couple of weeks ago. One of the paralegals working there has known me 20+ years and just so happened to come out of her office space when I was telling the Case Coordinator lady how big I used to be. She didn't believe that I used to be a 330 pounder or smoked. Paralegal had my back telling her I was about half the man I used to be and that I had smoked "like a freight train".

Don, I was actually told that by a lifelong friend. What was said was that someone else they knew lost weight "the hard way" I'm still friends with him, but it has been five years and I still remember it like yesterday. That's the reason I told of my plans to get the surgery only to my immediate family and a few very close friends.
Just got done mowing the leaves (It's easier than raking) for the season. Just dump the bagger on a big tarp and drag to the tree lawn. The oaks have finally given up the rest and I can put the lawnmower away for the season.
Good week to all!

Little too much leftover ham and turkey last week. Back to work this past Wednesday. Three days of "playing catch up" like to have done to me what the Covid didn't!
90 miles west of here in Waco the Baylor fans are happy with win over Oklahoma State. Much to older brother's chagrin, U of H grad, Cincinnati beat up Houston yesterday. Michigan over Iowa and Alabama dropped Georgia. Final Four for the BCS? A conglomeration of Georgia still despite losing to Alabama, Alabama, Michigan, and or Cincinnati, OK State or even Oregon with those ugly ass uniforms. SEC for the win though.
Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Managed to get a 3 day weekend which is a nice change of pace. Been running ragged with all the drivers and warehouse people out sick. Eating pretty cruddy lately running on 5-6 hours of sleep a day so I'm hoping that getting rested up will cut down on the need for late night snacks.
Despite eating too many sweets, I managed not to gain this week. Now I have to figure getting back into a stray workout routine.
Looking forward to Georgia-Alabama. I'm surprised so many sports analysts think they'll both make championship. I'm betting Alabama loses to Georgia and gets bumped from tournament. It should be a great game, and the real championship.

Normal range. Dipped into upper 184's earlier in week when I was the puniest.
Thanksgiving Football disappointing from won-loss stand point. State lost to Ol' **** in the rain, gonna glad we canceled, Cowboys and Saints both lost Turkey day. Congrats to Jim Harbaugh et al for beating Ohio, Auburn gave Alabama a run for thieir money going into four OT's, Coach O is leaving LSU with a final win against A&M and Minnesota upset Wisconsin.
Was hoping to go back to work tomorrow but powers that be are saying ten full days and a negative test. Still have not had a fever! Zip! Zero! None! Nada! O2 sats running where they should be and even got out Friday and trimmed the bushes/trees that needed trimming so I don't get the crap whacked out of me next mowing season and I've even been on rower this week too! My compadre that is out with it is having harder time with it. May be the difference between being jabbed vs not jabbed.
Go forth and have a Great Week!!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Thanks, y'all. So far so good. Feels like a big frigging head cold. Going at Noon CST for antibody infusion.
Weights stable from last week
I also had a Covid scare this week but it turned out to be a false alarm, thankfully.
Good luck Don. Hopefully it will pass quickly

Don, I hope your symptoms are mild and over soon.
I had the Kung Flu last year. Very mild and short, but I have some friends who it knocked them on their keisters for a month or two.
Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving, as I am thankful for this group.
