Not quite 3 pounds but I'll take it! Exercise good and did yard yesterday. Thought to myself may not be on the final count down for this year but the majority of yardwork season is behind me not in front. We've had enough rain that I haven't had to water. Went to turn on the well I use to water and sure enough have busted pipes in the well house/box. Probably been that way since February.
Looks like Louisiana/Mississippi are in for a rough week. 16 years after Katrina. Fingers crossed improvements will work and pumps/levees don't fail in New Orleans.
SEC football starts Saturday and again weather permitting we're spending Labor Day Weekend in Starkville, MS! Go DAWGS!! Needless to say need a lead off man for next week here.

We're super short staffed at work so I'm doing close to 65 hours a week. Scheduled to take on more duties in a week which will probably bump it up close to 70. One of the drivers at my location has a family member who just tested positive so he's out tomorrow pending results from a test (I got tested yesterday just in case). Been keeping my distance from family members since he called Saturday.
I'm not eating great right now but the name of the game at this time is survival. Hope all are doing well.

Thought and prayers for a speedy recovery for your brother Don. I know three close people and family that had pacemakers, and it did wonders for them.
Full day of yardwork yesterday, looks like it paid off on this mornings weigh in.

Can't say I never did not recognize my reflection but took a little getting used to seeing less of me to reflect!
Brother had to have a pacemaker put in last week. Feels like chopped up refried dog **** and will for a few weeks.
Exercise wonky. Stopped short one day because of ass/foot going to sleep on me but second time made the distance. I did yard in it's entirety yesterday after doing minimal amount last week. I do not recall ever going this late into the year without having to water.

Trampolines are less expensive to fix than structures. If you need it - firewood for this winter.

Wednesday night we had thunderstorms with 80 mph wind. This is one of two trees down next door to me, after clean up. That was once a trampoline under some branches. My yard looked like a bomb went off with branches and leave all over. Thankfully no one was hurt and property damage is minimal.

Given the week I've had this is nails it! We got most everything moved at work. Still have two desktops tied up with the in-car/body cam system that will get moved tomorrow or Tuesday. Tomorrow is an "organizing" day to say the least. Was good to me on the scales though! Needless to say yard work was minimal yesterday but I did managed to row twice earlier in the week.
