Got into work an hour earlier today. Alarm clock was the only clock in the house I forgot to change.
I too will have a hard time with the sun setting at 4:00pm. And as for Sun, we get little of it in the Cleveland area. I think we are second least sunny with Seattle being first.

-2 lbs this week. I have to guard against both directions in weight loss so hoping not to drop further. Usually I lose weight if I don't exercise because I'm not as hungry. Exercise has been minimal, eating includes too much sugar and other carbs, work is stressful. I guess that means things are normal.
Daylight savings is always a bummer this time of year. I hate seeing the Sun go down just after 4pm, but I guess I have an incentive to get up earlier now.
Forgot to weigh before breakfast but was 199 day before yesterday so we'll call it no change. Got my Covid booster but the pharmacist couldn't figure out how to get the billing done on the flu shot so I still need to do that. Been chilling this weekend, was just dead last week.

Rough week at work! Inquest, crazy woman who kicked mine and my Chief's asses and seized 16 dogs out of a house on a voluntary surrender. Needless to say the house was not the most sanitary place in town! 
Best part is nobody got bit in the process! 
Managed to sneak in a couple of rounds with the rowing machine but no yard work yet. That's today's agenda.

I really went overboard on the candy. It's always been my downfall. Luckily wls gets rid of a lot of eating sins, but the gas and bloating are a like the angel of fat death watching over me while I indulge.

Had fun Saturday night not just because of winning the game, 31-17, but because wife scored a parking pass to the closest parking lot, two story garage, to the stadium! Made walking post op a lot easier for her. May even work a deal with woman about tickets for next year.

One more week before I get a week of staycation/honeydos. I usually struggle a bit with the time change so I always try to get the week of the change off in the Spring and the Fall. Work is struggling, we're shorthanded so Friday they were running 3 hours behind. Looking forward to the reprieve.
Planned on getting Halloween candy at Sam's during our normal grocery shopping trip and they were completely cleaned out.

Bought some candy bars today for tonight. We don't get too many trick or treaters, so the little temptations will be around a while :-) Had a decent week, most of it was below last weeks weight, but last night there was an open bag of chips next to me.....
