Despite eating too many sweets, I managed not to gain this week. Now I have to figure getting back into a stray workout routine.
Looking forward to Georgia-Alabama. I'm surprised so many sports analysts think they'll both make championship. I'm betting Alabama loses to Georgia and gets bumped from tournament. It should be a great game, and the real championship.

Normal range. Dipped into upper 184's earlier in week when I was the puniest.
Thanksgiving Football disappointing from won-loss stand point. State lost to Ol' **** in the rain, gonna glad we canceled, Cowboys and Saints both lost Turkey day. Congrats to Jim Harbaugh et al for beating Ohio, Auburn gave Alabama a run for thieir money going into four OT's, Coach O is leaving LSU with a final win against A&M and Minnesota upset Wisconsin.
Was hoping to go back to work tomorrow but powers that be are saying ten full days and a negative test. Still have not had a fever! Zip! Zero! None! Nada! O2 sats running where they should be and even got out Friday and trimmed the bushes/trees that needed trimming so I don't get the crap whacked out of me next mowing season and I've even been on rower this week too! My compadre that is out with it is having harder time with it. May be the difference between being jabbed vs not jabbed.
Go forth and have a Great Week!!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Thanks, y'all. So far so good. Feels like a big frigging head cold. Going at Noon CST for antibody infusion.
Weights stable from last week
I also had a Covid scare this week but it turned out to be a false alarm, thankfully.
Good luck Don. Hopefully it will pass quickly

Don, I hope your symptoms are mild and over soon.
I had the Kung Flu last year. Very mild and short, but I have some friends who it knocked them on their keisters for a month or two.
Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving, as I am thankful for this group.

That sucks Don, I hope it's a mild case and passes quickly.
This week started last Thursday and kept on going. Have a lot of folks at work out with the plague so I've been doing 14 hour days with some phone tag in my "downtime." Thankfully haven't gained in spite of eating quite badly.
Had a doctor's visit Wednesday that led to an X-Ray. I've been having trouble with numbness and weakness in my legs. 4 of the 5 vertebrae in my lumbar spine are not where they're supposed to be along with some other fun and interesting changes. Have a CT scan scheduled in a couple weeks. The good thing about being half the man I used to be is my back is under a lot less load, but there's still the cumulative damage of nearly 40 years of carrying around excess weight.
Nowhere to go but forward. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving, or at least as good of one as can be had. May the Wishbones all break your way.

To say that I am saddened and heartbroken today is an understatement. We had a trip to Starkville planned with tickets to Egg Bowl Thursday night and having to scratch the whole damn thing! Found out yesterday that I've got Covid! Was feeling raunchy yesterday, started getting rough Friday afternoon, and went to a "Doc in a Box" to see if it was allergies or seasonal cold from weather change but it's the Chinese flu. We'll be watching from the house.
Have a good time with the "famdamilies" and don't over indulge too much!

SNOW! Keep it away from here!
Good coonass/cajun cooking is hard to turn down. We eat boiled shrimp usually once a week and will hold back a few to use in quesidias a day or two later.

Had some snow yesterday. Yuck! Got some yardwork done during the week. Leaves will be a problem through December. I have several huge pin oaks around me, and they hold on to leaves for a long time. Eating-wise I did good all week, but last night there was Jambalaya at a friends house. I paid the price this morning on the scale :-)
Good week to all

Something to think about. No yardwork but managed some rower time. As soon as the leaves are gone from them have some trees/bushes to prune. Mowing around them was a full on contact sport.
Have a Great Week, Guys!!
