This is a County wide program that was put in place several years ago at the DA's insistence. No hard copies whatsoever. Everything is scanned in and transferred around. We have a great administrative assistant who does all the filing voo-doo. One monkey I am glad I don't have to deal with anymore! 
No weight change, quiet week overall with a good amount of exercise. I have been putting off yard work and house repairs that I'll get to after Labor Day.
Just a thought but ..... You may want to try AI like ChatGPT or Google's Gemini. If you plug in a format and example, it will generate the reports for you with amazing accuracy. You can add basic details as lines of text and let it write the report. Then just cut & paste into any other system. You can also tell it to update with new facts or changes you want
Bob, it's getting better. More I use report writing program the better I get with it. Still a PITA though. 
This place has more crashes/wrecks/accidents than anyplace I've ever seen! Had motorcycle lay down today after hitting bad place in the asphalt. Neither one was wearing a helmet so good case of road rash is a blessing to count despite how sore they will be in the morning.

Been a nice week. Daughter was home and just hung out with us all week. Of course the parental ATM was working overtime :-)
Temps have been in the upper 60's to mid 70's all week. Very comfortable but unseasonalbe. I dreas having to winterise the pool.

A ton of rain and flooding in metro NY area from the tail end of Ernesto. Luckily for my dog, it creates great swimming options at all the local rivers. I just have to watch for rapids which nearly took us both out last year.
