Hoppy Easter Every Bunny!

Last week: 190.2

This week: 188.8

I'll take it! The thing I won't take is the "project" car, '49 Packard Kinney hearse, I started looking at last weekend. Sent pictures of car and rust on it to two different paint and body guys who said it was too far gone to rebuild. One saying it would be better used as a "donor" car on a more viable restoration.

Was first on scene of car and semi accident last Tuesday, no serious injuries, but the car was wedge between the truck's trailer, an empty flat bed, and truck teetering to the right in the ditch. Not much left of the little Mazada(?) as it was but if there had been a load on trailer it would have been a fatality. Say all that to say this. It was muddy, and I slipped and busted my ass a couple of times. Once going forward and catching a tree limb on the ground as it went between my left arm and ribcage. It has put the kibosh on rowing till next week.

Have a Happy Easter and a Good Week, Gentlemen!!

Weights closer to normal, after shedding Winter fat earlier than usual.

Congrats Don on the 14 years anniversary. I lost similar amount of weight, then regained about 25lbs in year 3 or 4. Luckily for me, I needed the regain so now I'm good and so far steady the past 3 years.

It's still been chilly in the Northeast so it's hard to fully absorb baseball or the Masters but should be in full swing Spring around here soon.

FYI - I like the flowers image. It looks like it was painted by Monet, the French impressionist.

Holding steady at 199, surprised it's not higher. Wedding ring is tight and pants feel snug too (Though I still have plenty of room objectively). Having a bad time with cramping in my hands, feet, and legs so I'm not sure if my body chemistry is off.

Anyhow, still holding the fort. Expect a busy week at work, hopefully no major calamities since we are sorta working without a net (quite shorthanded).

Congrats on 14 years!

Last Week 236.2
This Week 234.9

That looks great! Daffodils are just starting around here. It will be a few more weeks until Spring gets fully sprung.

Congrats on the 14 years. It's not an easy journey (as I thought for the first year).

Good week to all!

Last week: 190.8

This week: 190.2

Noticed the date and today is 14 years, plus 2 days, for me. Been a Hell of a ride and still is! From 331 to the 190.2 today. Have been lower, 165-170'ish, but five over original goal, 184-185, this far out - I ain't gonna gripe at all.

Opening weekend for baseball and the Masters Golf Tournament. In Texas it is blue bonnet season! Despite all the differences and crap to fight about - all Texans residents agree they are beautiful when in bloom. After they die off then we go back to our bickering. We're cruising for flowers today.

Texas Is Experiencing Its Biggest Bluebonnet Bloom in a Decade

He's a Black Mouth Cur, a handsome looking pup. We don't see them as much here in the north east but they are very popular in the south.

What kind of puppy dog?

I tried to fool myself into thinking that if I could get home and get to bed before the sun came up I was okay. It did not always work out that way.

-3lbs this week. Starting to shed some of the winter bloat now that the weather is warming up and I can spend more time outside. I also adopted a puppy 2 months ago and keeping up with him is a major workout.

I was holding tight on March Madness brackets until Villanova's guard (Moore) went down on injury. That busted my brackets with Kansas win but fantastic Duke UNC game somewhat made up for it. Funny thing is no one in my pool of 70+ picked UNC to win it all. First time if that happens Monday night.

Last week 199

This week 199

Had a surprise long day on Friday, Day shift guy called off so I wound up working about 5 hours over (about 17 hours in total). The bad thing is it was hard to sleep since I didn't get home until almost 11 AM (normally I'm home at 6ish). So I had a low ambition weekend and tried to get as much sleep as possible.
