Not sure why the uptick. I've been scrutinizing what I have been eating. But, I have noticed that I have been hungry a lot while at work, and snacking. I usually don't bring snacks to work, but the guys in the room next door always have them out all day. Maybe i have visted them a little too often :-)

Rut-roh! Emotional/stress eating/grazing. Need to quit digging in the utility clerk's drawers to get to the mini-Paydays. Another thought, being on rower three times a week - legs, shoulders and back are three of the largest muscle groups in the body. Could they be massing up sending the weight higher? 
Prediction for game still the same. Winning team has an SEC quarterback.

GS cookies are crack cocaine for me, but will still buy them anyway, especially the peanut butter. I'm looking forward to a great Superbowl this week with more energy than normal due to Covid and crypto buzz impacting the audience and sponsors. Although the Rams are favorites, I think the Bengals have a more hard core fan base and better QB so I expect a strong showing.

Weather this week forced us to shut down for Friday and run Saturday instead so my weekend was split in two. Lots of shoveling snow so, hey, some extra cardio.

Picture is from Friday morning. Plows left a 3'wall of snow in my apron. Rain, sleet, ice, and then about a foot of snow. Drifts much higher. And that damn beaver says we have 6 more weeks of Winter :-)

Thought behind meme is that we saw a cluster of "crack in a box" dealers (Girl Scouts) set up outside of a local Walmart.
Texas survived Snowmegedden 2022. Low yesterday was 18 degrees. Just enough ice to make it interesting. Warmed up yesterday to the point of most of ice melted off but had to clean the ice off the parking pad outside garage door because of it being in the shade. Great little work out. Have to do inside the garage this afternoon. It looks like my company truck dropped a dookie from the mud that came off when the ice on it melted.
Now that KC is out of the Super Bowl picture my prediction for the Super Bowl next week has changed. The team with an SEC quarterback will win!

No argument from me on that. Y'all can have a full on blizzard and life, for the most part, still goes on. If it gets below 25 degrees or 1/8" of ice the South, not just Texas, shuts down! 
Texas' version of cold is a warm sunny day in NY area. Things here are frigid and exercise stinks as a result. The Superbowl will need to be exciting because the 2 teams playing have no star power yet. Hopefully they'll create some star moments in the game.
Weight is up and food choices are poor as I spend less time working out and more time eating junk. At least I'll get to watch the Super Bowl while eating it in 2 weeks.

Not much new. Last week logged only 62 hours at work so that's an improvement. Feeding myself is a little vexing right now with so many things being out of stock.

I'll take the Chiefs and Rams today with the Chiefs to go all the way. Got to stick with fellow E. TX'n Patrick Mahomes. Brady, Roethlisberger and Rodgers, all retiring it will be interesting to see how all that shakes out for their respective teams next season.
Turning cold again later this week. 70 today into the teens Thursday morning. Not much if any snow or ice with it.
