Did mine yesterday. Cows are keeping back lot knocked down so did not fool with it but did the rest. Nose and knees know it. Still have enough of last year's sub $2 gasoline for one more mowing before I have to start getting the $4 variety.

Final Four gets set today. No dog in the fight but this year has been year of upsets. Sentimental reasons like to see Duke win so their Coach can retire on a win.

Have a Great Week Gentlemen!!

Exercise is good, weights a little high, final 4 brackets all still good.

Didn't get much done on my week off, but feel reasonably well rested. Not ready to get back to the grind, but what are you going to do?

Down 3 pounds from yesterday, after eating corned beef and cabbage Thursday and Friday. I'm getting much more salt sensitive in the last few years.

Weather is warming up to the upper 40's! I was able to get outside and do a little cleaning.

Good week to all!

Even the morning nasty stinky didn't help!

Based on the outcomes of some of the games in the NCAA basketball tourney - there are a lot of broken brackets! Lots of wailing from Waco.

Salonpas patches are becoming my new best friends.

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!

He's right. A foodie, like any other addict, is not going to start making the changes necessary until their head is out of their ass and into the program to be successful.

Over the long haul, he has certainly done an excellent job (except for at least a couple of worrisome "ups and downs" that I noticed personally ), but I just can't believe it was 20 years ago .. I thought for sure he didn't have it done until some time after my own, which was less than 16 years ago .. (he does "blooper" though in his video and state that "these are the pants I wore back in 2020 when I had my (WLS)" .. - he must have meant "2002")

Check out this bit of wisdom from the video:

"Here's the thing I say to the person in the couple who?s not struggling with their weight: Shut up," he said. "We know we're fat. We know we need to lose weight. You're nagging us and pleading with us doesn't help. In fact, in ways, it makes it worse. We're not going to change until something clicks within us."

I'm still carrying about +5lbs of Winter extra snacking fat. I expect it to come off over the next few weeks as the weather warms up, and I stop all the boredom eating. I'm looking forward to the March Madness tournament and expect it to be more popular than ever now that no one cares about Covid, whether they should or not.

Have a great week!

Last week 198

This week 199

I took the week off because the time change always throws me for a loop. Plus I'd rather not be out there with all the sleep deprived people.

Hopefully I have a few more weeks before we start mowing season. Will have to plug the charger back in for the mower batteries in a week or two (I switched to electric a couple years ago because keeping a cheap gas mower running more than one season is a PITA, plus now the wife and kids can pitch in without me needing to be present to be the mower whisperer).
