It was a wet ass week! 5" in the rain gauge 
There were other places that saw closer to 9-10". Everything is greening back up. Was actually going to do entire yard yesterday but the metal part of one of the valves stems separated from the rubber part. Could not air it up. Going to run over to my mother's and get her zero turn so I can do that. Not home next weekend so really wanted to get it done this weekend.

Remember it well. Played it a few times in the radio days of my yout'.
Home grown tomatoes are tasty. Some of the best tomatoes I've ever tasted grew voluntarily on the sludge drying beds of the local sewer plant. Same thing for okra and the "Devil's lettuce". Sewer boss remined us not to dispose of any weed with seeds by flushing it!

Have the parts for the computer ordered, they should be hare Friday so I have next weekend booked (it's a prebuilt I bought during the pandemic when parts were impossible to get so it's going to be a pain to fix). Gave the yard a quick hit and did the usual payday errands and the weekend was gone.

Moved our daughter into her new apartment for college, so we ate out a lot. (and spent a lot)
Got to visit an IKEA on the way home. Not impressed. Yard work has been minimal since the grass is not growing too much. But the tomatoes are coming in, and their aint nothing better than home grown tomatoes! (That's a Guy Clark song)

Not surprising. Stress grazing.
Did manage to get rowing back on track. New set of rechargeable batteries in TV audio headphones fixed them so sound was not going out so no excuse for stopping. Mowed inside fence yesterday. Put down extra bag of fertilizer I had in storeroom since forecast includes RAIN this week!

Didn't do much this weekend. Long week at work in spite of only working 4 days. Video Card on my computer died so I dug out my laptop which does not approve of all this new fangled stuff. With the state of the world it'll probably be a couple weeks before I can get the big 'puter running again.

Did something last night had never done before. Took the Mrs. to a PRCA sanctioned rodeo. Good people watching opportunity. 
Took advantage of being dogless this morning and slept in!

Wife had a good birthday party and I'm enjoying my 3 day weekend. Managed to get the yard knocked down in between rain showers yesterday.

I'm trying something new for business, could be a financial bomb but I'd regret not trying. Workouts and eating have been mediocre. This time of year I eat a lot of fruits and veggies so my weight is at annual low.
