If you're reading this you survived last night! Text my guys at 9:00 saying Happy New Year, my phone will be muted, and I was going to bed!

Looks like we have the Frogs (TCU) and Dawgs (GA) playing for the BCS Championship on the 9th. I did not figure TCU to win but like the saying says any team can win on any given day. Go Frogs! Off tomorrow so will be home to watch Mississippi State play Illinois in the ReliaQuest Bowl from Tampa. With this being first game since Coach Leach died emotions will be high. Both on the team's part and the fan base.

Really cold in the NY area but otherwise things are good. I'm just over 8 years post wls and so far maintaining about 120lbs loss. I definitely overeat especially sweets but the surgery and steady exercise seem to keep things in balance.

Worked 6 days last week because of Christmas, so this week I'll only be working four. Had enough cold and snow Thursday and Friday to do me for a good little while. Be glad to be on the other side of the Holidays just so the schedule settles down.

Hope all had a Merry Christmas.

I was away and didn't weigh myself the past few days but probably no major changes.

Holidays are moving faster than I am so I need to do a lot of catch p the next few days. I'm a procrastinator and will have to do all my Xmas shopping the next few days.

Had a good week off chilling out. Going to need it. I'll be working 6 days this week, then I'll be checking on the reefers over the weekend every few hours to make sure they are good. Also a decent chance of some kind of winter storm near the end of the week and certainly going to get brutally cold for several days. Nothing works well including the people when it gets down near or below zero and I'll have to be careful not go over 70 hour Federal limit for the week.

Realized I just hit 4 years since surgery. Seem to be doing pretty well. Been hanging around in the same weight range for over the last 3 ears. Not as skinny as the chart says I should be but around 200 seems like a good weight to me. Definitely was glad when I had Covid that I wasn't still north of 300 and pre-diabetic.
