This Week 234.9

Bittersweet week. Did good with food, but my coworker of 40 years retired with 44 of his own in. I'm thinking I will call it a day in January.

Still no lawn work, but the grass is starting to come alive. Probably first mow next week. Lots of house cleaning though as we are hosting Easter today for about 30. Big family, and that is just my side. Usually 40+

Happy Easter and a great week to all!

+4lbs this week

Exercise is better now that the weather is warming up. The frog above could be me. I follow his program every day.

My Chief is going round and round with WC on clearing him to get back to "work" work.

Still plugging along. Trying to deal with all the stuff I've been putting off for the past couple of years of mayhem. Made a dentist's appointment finally. Knocked out a few more odds and ends around the house. Also hopefully am close to getting the worker's comp sorted.

Guilty. Rowing and yard work were on track past week. May give yard work a rest till next Saturday since not really needing to be mowed and week after will be on a vacation of sorts to Starkville and other parts of MS.

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Mine was a Sadi DS in 2014 and lost 152 lbs. I'm a similar height and weight to you about 8 years later.

When it comes to studying in college, there are both difficulties and benefits that students may encounter. One of the challenges is the workload and the pressure to complete assignments and projects on time. However, this can also be seen as a benefit as it helps students develop time management and organization skills.

Moreover, some students may face difficulties in understanding complex concepts or juggling multiple classes. In such cases, seeking help from professors or online resources can be beneficial. I prefer ask specialists do my assignment for me and save my time.

Overall, while there may be challenges in college, the experience can be rewarding and can provide a solid foundation for future career and personal growth.

Hopefully, workman's comp will be sorted this week. Just waiting on the pay calculation to come back. I was productive this weekend on my to do list. Glad to be warming up in general, though the temperature is constantly going up and down so I have been switching back and forth between winter and spring clothes. Four years out and I'm still freezing.
