Same here. 26 degrees and snowing, we had better weather in January. Had a great week with our daughter home, and just stayed inside for the cold snowy weekend.

Rowing good this week but the yard is getting a rest. Mother Nature is off her meds again and it is COLD.

I have it too, it's not uncommon. Although most people think Calcium dose increases, my dr suggested more vitamin D. Also load bearing resistance training like doing curls or bench presses, push-ups etc. Apparently you should pu**** with exercise, not the other way.

Did some shopping and took her to place that makes our favorite sausage. Got the grand tour.
Don't overdo it. Had HS friend who had an avulsion in his left elbow from a football injury. Fortunately, he was a right-hand pitcher!

Apparently have Ostopenia so am adding Calcium on top of the BoneUp I've been taking. Wrist held up pretty well on the first week back at work.

Appreciate the sentiment but I'm "essential" so I'm screwed and not in the pleasant way.
Phone fixed! Called it in Monday morning and fixed by Tuesday afternoon when it was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Kudos to Brightspeed.

I had never used one till I bought mine and the dealer brought it to my house. I was MWI! Mowing While Intoxicated! 
It took using it a few times and going slow when I did to get the feel for the thing.
