Weight +5lbs this week ... I deserved it by eating like crap, and less exercise. If I didn't have the wls, I can't imagine how heavy I'd be right now. Luckily the wls plus getting exercise now that I can helps offset the poor eating choices I still make every day.
Work is new stuff and long hours so it's tiring but forces me to stay up to date on some cool new tech.
Good luck Don with the cataract surgery. It's become pretty common so hopefully minimal risk.

Rowing and yardwork on track last week. Been two weeks since able to mow yard because of rain and it needed it bad! Closest to house was choking push mower out so had to get riding mower inside fence to knock it down. Doubt mowing next week on account of cataract surgery Wednesday. One this week and other first week of June. Want it to get it done while still have insurance that will cover it.

Had all the kids and mother in law over yesterday. Forgot to log in, but that's good as I am over two pounds lighter than yesterday morning. Must have been mowing the lawn, being at the helm of the grill, and a good crap :-)

Weights stable +/- a toilet cleansing. I started a new role in a tech company and have to go a thousand miles an hour to keep up. Luckily so does everyone else.

Was reasonably productive this weekend. We went out with some of my wife's friends to a Turkish restaurant. That was different but good. Have one more week of work then I have a week off so I can chill.

Knocked down the grass really quick between rain showers Saturday. It was getting downright disreputable looking. Kinda fried so I didn't do much else beyond the usual chores.

I got to mow last Sunday in between the rain, but it needs it again. I should have mowed yesterday. Rain all day today. Pretty much an uneventful week. Waiting for it to dry out a spell so I can get a 80' pin oak removed. I'll miss the shade, but it is a real messy tree year around.

Took 16 tries but congratulations to Javier Castellano on finally winning a Derby. Perseverance pays off!
Rowing and mowing back on track this week. Felt like I was about to fall out string trimming yesterday. AC and water are good things. Stormed last night so timing was good.
