On behalf of the members of the Cowboys Nation who have had a great distain for the San Fransisco 49'ers since "the catch" in the 1981 NFC Championship game - a sincere Thank You and Congratulations on the Jets victory yesterday! Watching the football veering to the right of the goal post on their last field goal attempt was a most pleasant event to watch!
Weights a little higher than normal but stable.
Working a lot for the benefit of others, not myself so this week I'll focus more on me.
Exercise is very respectable.
Two weeks: 197.2
This week: 195.0
Missed eclipse Saturday morning because of sleeping in after getting home from Vegas late Friday night. Besides I hear "Ring of Fire" describing anything I think of the Johnny Cash song or a raging case of the 'roids! Unpacking, laundry and bills on agenda for next few days.
Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Rained like hell all week here, but my dog loves the rapids it creates. Exercise was good, eating too much crap foods, work is hectic.
At least my Jets won despite another awful QB performance.
Last Week 219.2
This Week 219.0
Cold wet and soggy this weekend, but a little sunshine still makes it OK. Had the furnace on this morning for the first time this season. Nothing much else happening.
Good week to all!
It is that time of year where people know us by our "colors"! I GET IT! A "lesser preferred" team, in this case the Cowboys, was the means to an end. To wit thumping Belichick's nose for Jets fans - despite game results from week or two ago. Believe me when Texas beat Alabama earlier this year it was appreciated! Distasteful as it will be when Alabama comes to College Station a "Gig'em Aggies" may even pass my lips!
Normally I'm a fan of hating the Cowboys but there's no team or coach us Jet's fans despise more than Belichick and the Pat's. So for this past week only, Go Cowboys!

Cowboys blessed Bill Belichick with his career worst NFL loss yesterday. State lost to Alabama which was not a surprising outcome. No more football road trips till November. Cowboys blessed Bill Belichick with his career worst NFL loss. Wife twisted my arm and taking quicky trip to NV next week. Laundry, dogs, bills, car serviced, yard work - much to do before then.

I'm the same on enjoying the Fall but dreading the Winter. The homemade Sauerkraut would never be a thought here in NYC area but we love it anyway and just assume someone else is making it. We probably never get the kind of quality you're creating.
Overall exercise is getting better, and food is always a challenge but we all need to fix something I guess.
Have a great week!
I tried vinegar and lemon juice, with no results. I contacted the guy who put the driveway in last year. He recommended CLR, which I bought yesterday. I.m hoping it works.
