Day late and a few dollars short. Had wake/viewing/Mason service for former Chief of mine Saturday evening. Died from major stroke at 60! Too much ETOH (alcohol) and smoking probably 45 of those 60 years. He had a stroke couple of years ago that slowed him down but this one stopped him. Learned a lot working for the guy.
Have a Great Week!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Lots of yardwork yesterday, so I am thinking lost a little water weight. Being much more mindfull on the food.
Pool heater died, so not much swimming for me. I dont go in if it is under 81, and with weather in the upper 70's lately, I doubt I'll be in anytime soon. Looking on Craigslist for a used one.
Have a good week everyone.

Has anyone found an ED medicine that doesn't cause these problems yet? I have the exact same problems but it's extreme to the point where I can't even drink without having to sick it back up because I'm completely stuck. Also, it's lasts almost 24 hours. If it was a 2 or 3 hours like some people have mentioned I'd have no problem at all. Thanks in advance.
I had DS. I have a hamburger (on grill)every morning for breakfast (4:30-5:30am), usually bacon and eggs for 2nd breakfast (9-10am), steak, burger, brat, or chicken typically for lunch about 12:30. Jerky or yogurt for snacks. Dinner steak, roast, meatloaf, chicken, chops, BBQ pork, etc. and often about 9pm I'll have another burger or hot dog on grill. And yes I grill out year round and I live in Green Bay so even in snowstorms lol
Nuts to you!! No, not that nuts...Have some nuts available for snacking. Don't go hog wild on them. Over the years (again I'm an RNY person...More malabsorption) I will keep in my pockets; plain almonds, walnuts, pistachios, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dry roasted peanuts, rye crackers, plain Cheerios, beef jerky. You can keep them in a sealed plastic bag at home, at work, in your car. I also (the first few years post op) would keep a can of chicken or beef vegetable soup in my car...In case I was stuck in the middle of nowhere (pop top lid). Hope these help. Brian
