My weight goes up and down like a yo-yo. I'm pretty sure that's a result of how well hydrated I am through the week. Food was OK, but could always do better. Travel schedule for the next month is brutal. For the month of October, my best case scenario is 4 nights in my own bed. My company is pushing for less expensive travel, which is affecting the restaurants I usually eat at, resulting in it being more difficult to stay on track.

Georgia was gracious enough to hand M-State back their asses before they left Athens. Some days you're the windshield and sometimes you're the bug. Next week is Auburn in Auburn. They slaughtered Missouri yesterday.
Cowboys and Phoenix in Phoenix tomorrow night. Factoid: When the Cowboys play in Phoenix the Cowboy faithful from El Paso and the other far reaches of West Texas will go to Arizona to see a game there as opposed to coming to the Metroplex. Why? Phoenix is closer to El Paso than Dallas.
No argument from me. Singers need to sing. Athletes need to be athletes. Actors need to act. Just because you are in the public eye does not mean the public gives a **** about your view on politics etc. Play ball, sing your songs, make a blockbuster movie but STFU! Off soap box.

Whew.....made it through a week of Colorado green chili pretty well. I was a little worried, but it turned out ok. Pretty much just mindful eating last week. No travel this coming week, but a couple of organized events to get through. Only one workout (yesterday), I need to get my butt in gear a little more this week also. Meme is spot on this week. I think I dumped a lot of water.
I missed the first half of the UoM game yesterday while I was on a bike ride. They came around the second half. I'm excited for the rest of the season. Lions and Falcons today. But........I just want to watch some competition and support my teams. I'm getting weary of politics now being interjected into my guilty pleasure. C'Mon on man...

Another week of the hungries and snacking (on healthier food) more than I should. But, in a pant size smaller! These last 20 some pounds are difficult, but I plan on doing it. I am so glad I am here and not at 290 as I was a year ago.

Crap. Nobody's fault but mine. You'd think with all the walking, stair climbing and eating "higher end" road kill this weekend the number would be better.
Speaking of numbers - Cowboys stank up Denver yesterday but Saturday night Miss. State knocked LSU out of the rankings by beating them 37-7! GF and I, along with 60,000 other people, had fun watching that one but I'm feeling it this morning. Could go for going back to bed but alas.
Downer to weekend get to MS Friday afternoon and checking FB. Friend of mine who worked at the Sheriff's Office died from a heart attack. He was 48 years old, he was obese and had weight related health issues.
