I'm not a truck driver, however, workdays on my commute, I have a Premier protein shake. I was never a breakfast person, but my nutritionist says a protein shake is much better than nothing.

I would be so happy to lose 100lbs that quick..we will see..
Cheers
Every ones journey is different but to answer your second question about losing the first 100 pounds it averages for guys under six months. We do have the advantage over the ladies in that we lose weight faster than they do. Be ready for one Hell of ride!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I'm at the end of a flurry of traveling for work - been inconsistent with eating, weighing, and reporting. But - I've been keeping on track with exercise. I was just up in San Francisco for several days, coming in with 20k+ steps for three days last week between exercise in the morning and walking around all day. Today's weigh in has me at a BMI of exactly 25, though I was below 25 for a weigh-in before I left for SF - hope to be back there again next Sunday!
Have a great week
Good luck!
I didn't bring much and I'd bet you won't need much. I'd suggest to wear comfy, loose fitting clothes in since you'll probably wear them out to go home. No belt, so elastic waistband (like sweatpants, etc.). Slip on shoes or something you don't have to tie, like Crocs, etc. In the hospital, I only wanted chap stick and a phone charger. I was only in for 16-20 hours total I believe so it was a quick stay where I mostly tried to sleep or shuffle/walk around a little. I know people take bags and clothes and books and computers, etc. I really didn't feel like doing a damn thing. I just laid there in the bed on my pain medicine.

Thanks bud..yea I can't wait .looking forward to a different life for sure
I really needed nothing. I brought stuff to read, but I mostly slept and was out the next day. Maybe some chapstick.
I also brought my cpap machine, as requsted by the hospital.
Best of luck! You will not regret it! Even with some of the ups and downs, falling off the good food wagon on occasion, you will be much healthier and happier.
