High-346

Low-196

Last Week-241

Today-242

Been at this elevated weight for a while. Want to get down to 220. Any suggestions as to how to kickstart weight loss mode?

Yardwork for me it's pretty easy! My wife is a hippie chick and loves outdoors ****! I Pitchin wants a while but usually don't have to LOL

Have a happy healthy week!

Bill Mac

Last week: 188.8

This week: 188.8

Holding my own beats going up.

I can empathize. Old barbed wire, cable and even strings from hay bales are Hell on tractor mowers. (7&15 foot) Would use either bolt cutters or cutting torch on first two and utility knife on strings. PITA to remove it regardless of what it was.

Will do mine today since gave it a day to dry out from rain on Friday.

Go forth and have a Great Week!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

And it was a mayday situation. Yardwork had the added element of some weight training after I ran over an old dog line I thought I had removed from some weeds. I missed it in my survey of the yard, but I did not miss it with the mower. So there was a brief interlude while I removed the dec****angled the spindles, and put it all back together. Besides that, there was lots of chopping of trees which will be turned into mulch this week coming up.

Last week 265

This week 266

Have a good week everyone!

About what I'm looking at too.

I've got two rotary push mowers I inherited from my grandfather, but I've also got 4+ acres of grass to mow which are not exactly mower friendly. So I use my John Deere rider and do a lot of hand mowing and weed whacking to keep it honest.

Many years ago - 1993 to be exact - a huge honey locust fell on three cars. One man avoided being crushed when someone stopped him to talk with him for a few moments just before it happened. Huge means 24" plus in diameter. I got a huge part of the tree for my woodworking business.

I am glad you were not crushed. Things can be replaced. People cannot.

Yes cars can be replaced, but that's easy to say when you don't have to worry about replacing them.

This tree didn't fall because of high wind or lightning, the ground just got saturated to the point where it couldn't hold the tree any longer. There is literally a pond beneath tree base where the roots used to be. All that soil was washed away.

I agree with the push mowing. I have about 1/2 acre of mowable grass. Most of the home in my neighborhood are on 0.75 - 1.0 acre lots. I am the only person in the neighborhood that doesn't have a riding mower. But I continue to self-propelled lawn mower because it is a guaranteed way to get exercise. Now it does take about 3-4 hours to mow the whole yard (back, front, and sides) but I do get a good workout.
