Did Thanksgiving yesterday. Eyes literally bigger than stomach. Gnawing on sausage balls before hand and overloading the plate not help. On a positive note - only had one mini SF pecan pie. Can't insult GF's cooking.

Football yesterday. Too much. Pigskin overload! Especially Aggies and LSU. 7 overtimes! Was nearly a five hour ordeal. Was watching in bed so could nod off but every time wake up - still on! May live in TX but not Aggie fan. Was pulling for LSU.

Back to basics on the eating and exercising.

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!

Nothing better than sleeping in your own bed after living the life of a rock star. Three different hotels in same number of nights! How the road warriors do it - beyond me.

Dawgs ate the Hogs 52-6 in Starkville. Thanksgiving Day night they are in Oxfart to play Ol' **** and gnaw on some shark meat. My favorite college football weekend is this weekend with all the rivalry games.

Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels if you're going to be going between points A, B, C, etc.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Happy Thanksgiving, all. I'm looking forward to the break and having the family together. My in-laws are coming in tomorrow night and my daughter is coming home from college Tuesday night.

Speaking of which, Baylor dropped a dreadful game to TCU. They were playing at home and without TCU's top two quarterbacks. Baylor could still be Bowl eligible if they beat Texas Tech at Arlington next week, but that seems like a long shot. Texas Tech scores like a basketball team.

Have a great abbreviated work week and holiday. Mountaineer, good luck with your surgery next week.

We went down to Ames to see Baylor and Iowa State play this weekend. It was freezing. Good place to watch a game though, good sightlines and friendly people (at least until the on-field fights started). I've been flying so much for work that I drove down. It's a 315 mile drive each way so about 5 1/2 hours including stops for gas and bathroom breaks. My daughter flew up from Dallas.

Caught a little of the Saturday evening games (Texas/Tech and Notre Dame/FSU) Favorites won all around

I think some weight froze off this weekend.

Have a good week, all.

The prep is worse than the procedure!

Congrats of the four year mark and keeping it off. Long term is a constant refresher in the basics.
